Description

This reflective Peace and Conflict PSHE activity encourages pupils to think about the importance of peace and how conflict can affect individuals, families and communities.

Pupils are invited to discuss key questions about why peace matters, how conflict impacts people’s lives and how disagreements can be resolved in positive ways. The activity promotes empathy, respectful discussion and deeper understanding of the consequences of conflict.

This task works particularly well alongside history topics such as World War One, helping pupils connect historical events with wider themes of peace, cooperation and understanding.

Ideal for circle time, discussion-based lessons or cross-curricular learning, this activity encourages pupils to think carefully about their role in creating a peaceful world.
